($600.00 (non-refundable) is needed to retain your date & goes

Another payment of $1,600 is due 90 days prior to your wedding.
Remaining balances + the person fee is needed 2 weeks prior to
your wedding
Note: The per person charge includes
linens (not napkins), set up, tear down, cleaning fees, candle
centerpieces, etc, and cannot be waived.
Time Slot: 6:30 pm ~ midnight
This includes use of the facility for 5 1/2 hours.
Note: Bar and music stops at 11:00 pm with one hour to
socialize and gather your personal items

If you would like to start earlier you may buy extra time @
$250.00 per hour
Note: If you
have your ceremony at Frog Pond Village as well... you will
actually gain an hour at no charge between ceremony and reception.
Note: 25% of all rentals are
charged 6% tax.

Please note: You may provide your own alcohol
and beverages, however you must use an experienced, professional
bartender.

and you can trust them completely!
Note: Although you may choose
any vendor you wish for these services, we highly recommend
that you use We have found that their food and service is absolutely
wonderful! After many years of working with "every caterer
in the area", we have sought them out as being the "BEST"
and "BETTER THAN ALL THE REST"! Because we care about
your wedding day being perfect, we have chosen Grandview Catering

Important Note:
If you choose an out-of-house caterer, there will be
an up charge of $300.oo to you. (No Exceptions) This charge
will be due two weeks in advance as with your other balances.
Sorry, but because of a few very bad experiences, we have had
to impose this charge. We don't want YOU to have one of these
bad experiences! Remember, just because you may choose a great
chef or a great restaurant, this does not mean they have experience
in catering ... be careful ... it has proven to be a disaster
in some cases! We do require a "Professional Catering Company"
who will provide you service during and up until the END
of your event for clearing tablea and general cleanup!
Restrictions:

No sparkles, no mints, no smoke machines,
no colored candles.
(All candles that you bring in must be pre-approved by Frog
Pond Village to ensure they are properly contained.)

You must choose a caterer who will give you
service until the end of your event for clearing tables &
general cleanup!

If your caterer does not give this service, it will result in you paying for excess cleaning fees.

You cannot swap out chairs... our chairs are
white plastic... very comfortable (unlike the wooden
folding ones) and we do have custom chair covers available
thru our .

You must use china and silverware... with
the exception of the serving of hors 'd ouveres, cake, beer,
wine, coffee (clear plasticonly may be used for these).

If you are having hors 'd oeuvres as your
main meal, then you must use china for them as well.

S' mores Bar is available through Grandview
Catering only! (No self-done s' mores bars!)
Damage Deposit:
Insurance: If you having alcohol, we "suggest"
that you check with your insurance company to make sure you
have event coverage on your homeowners policy. 99% of the time
you "do" have it and there should be no additional
charge for this from your insurance company. We don't require
this, however it is nice for you to have the piece of mind.
