Retainer: $400.00 (non-refundable)
needed at the time of your booking and goes toward your total.
Payment #2: $400.00 due 90 days prior to your wedding.
(Balance of $900.00 + tax is due two weeks before your wedding)
Time Slots: 1:00pm and 5:00pm.
Note: The 5:00pm time slot is reserved
for those who are reserving the ballroom for the reception as
well.
Note: If you plan an outdoor ceremony
there is no charge to move it inside in the case of inclement
weather. The indoor chapel area is just as beautiful!
Note: 25% of all rentals are charged
6% tax.
Note: There will be a $45 charge for returned
checks

have made your decision to book) Simply click on Reservation
Forms - Chapel reservation - follow the instructions, print
out, sign, date and send with your $400.00 retainer fee (non-refundable)
(I will send you a confirmation just a few days after I receive
your reservation and retainer fee)
Included:
- 2 1/2 hours use of the facility (one hour before and 1 1/2
hour after your scheduled ceremony time)
- Note: If you are having your reception
at Frog Pond Village as well, you and your guests will stay
and go directly into your cocktail hour and reception. (You
actually gain an hour at no additional charge to you)
- Wedding coordinator
- Music selection for the ceremony
- Candelabras and candles (You will need to provide a unity
candle if you choose to have one)
- Custodian - Complete set up and tear down of chairs
- Bride's Private Changing room
- CD sound system with PA system with microphones included
- Use of chapel for rehearsal (45 minutes)
