25% of all rentals are charged 6% tax.
There will be a $45 charge for returned checks |

Decor: |
Colored linens and other decor rental items are available
for an additional charge. Click on our "" . Personal flowers and flowers for

Frog Pond Village reserves the right
to control the volume of music within reason. |
| Alcohol and
Beverages: |
You may provide your own alcohol and beverages
You must "give" your alcohol to your guests...
you can not sell it to them unless you carry a liquor
license for your event. |
| Bartender:

You must hire a bartender through Grandview Catering
for all tent events. |
| Restrictions:
|
No sparklers, no mints, no smoke machines, no colored
candles, no confetti
(all candles that you bring must be pre-approved to
insure they are properly contained.) |
| Damage Deposit:
|
$400.00 (will be returned to you providing there
are no damages, excessive cleaning fees or unpaid balances.)
Due two weeks in advance of your event. |

date is available.
Have us pencil you in. (Only if
you are ready to send your retainer & reservation
form)
Fill out, date and send your attached reservation
form along with you $600.00 (nonrefundable) retainer fee.
I will send you confirmation within a few days after
receipt.

Note: You must use china and silverware
with the exception of the serving of hors' d'oeuvres, dessert,
beer, wine and coffee. Grandview Catering included this in their
food prices.
