Razor is a full service entertainment booking company specializing in the professional presentation of live music events. Wedding receptions are our forte. We enjoy what we do and it shows!

Our musicians have been playing professionally for over 20 years with credits such as The Temptations, Amy Grant, The Drifters, The Platters, Woody Herman, Linda Rondstandt and Bob James. While many of our players originally hail from Chicago, Detroit, New Orleans and Los Angeles, they have almost all settled in Michigan within the past few years. This has prompted us to begin marketing our services in the northern half of the state. With this in mind, you will find that our efforts at gaining a place in the Northern Michigan entertainment community work to your benefit, as we consistently price ourselves below the competition, but far exceed their standards.

We provide everything from string trios and vocal ensembles to 15 piece Swing Bands, Motown groups and Jazz / Blues acts. We tailor the size and type of group to your specific musical needs and budget. We pride ourselves on being the best, but not the most expensive. Our ability to do this stems from our wide range of players, our state-wide location and the fact that we want your business! Our groups have played both domestic and international venues ranging in size from parties at private residences to full concert halls and auditoriums.
